Celebrating One Year of Create Your Own Table
Yesterday, I had one of those moments that quietly rearranges something inside you.
I visited Audible’s Story House and saw my book.
One year ago, Create Your Own Table: A Guide to Discovering Your Purpose was released into the world. At the time, I hoped it would inspire people. I never imagined where it would lead.
A workshop invitation.
A conversation.
A collaboration.
A room you didn’t know existed.
A moment standing in Audible’s Story House realizing that the story you almost kept to yourself became a key.
If there’s one thing I hope people take from this anniversary, it’s this:
Do not underestimate what becomes possible when you decide to share your story intentionally.
You do not need permission.
You do not need perfect timing.
You do not need all the answers.
You need a starting point.
And yesterday reminded me of something I believe deeply:
Your story is your strategy.
Not because everyone needs to write a book, but because the experiences you already have are more valuable than you think.
Too often we wait:
But opportunities often begin the moment you decide to share what you already know.
One year later, I’m grateful for every reader, listener, client, and supporter who has been part of this journey.
If you’re sitting on an idea, a story, or a next chapter, this is your reminder:
You never know what doors will open when you decide to share your story.
Thank you for an unforgettable first year.
This first year has reminded me of something I hope never changes:
The words you write today become the life you build tomorrow.
