Welcome — I’m Heather Dolland Tamam, Founder of Doltam Creative Solutions, a certified MWBE consultancy dedicated to helping women reclaim their power, redefine success, and design lives they love.

My Journey

My path has never been linear, and that’s exactly what makes it powerful.

I began studying architecture, learning how to create strong foundations that withstand change. After years in corporate consulting, I realized that my blueprint wasn’t meant for buildings, it was meant for people.

Like many of the clients I now serve, I once felt stuck between who I was and who I was becoming. Every pivot, every challenge, and every reinvention led me closer to my calling: helping others design their own version of freedom.

Today, I merge strategic business insight with mindset transformation to help my clients build lives that feel as good as they look on paper.
