Leave It Here: An Overnight Meditation for the New Year

As we step into a new year, there’s often a focus on what we want to create, change, or become. But before we move forward, there’s something just as important to consider:


What are you ready to leave behind?

Not every fear, doubt, or emotional weight needs to come with you. Some of what you carried this year has already done its work. And now, it’s time to rest, release, and make space for what’s next.


While writing Create Your Own Table, I learned about the brain’s Theta state. A deeply receptive state we naturally enter during sleep. It’s where subconscious beliefs live and where gentle, lasting change can begin. Overnight meditations became one of the most powerful tools I used to release emotional blocks, even ones I wasn’t fully aware of.


That’s why I created this 8-hour Overnight Emotional Release Meditation, to support you in letting go while you sleep. There’s nothing you need to do. Simply allow the words and soothing frequencies to guide your subconscious toward peace, clarity, and alignment.
