Doltam Creative Solutions was founded by Heather Dolland Tamam to empower women who feel undervalued in an unfulfilling career.

Having overcome a series of challenging experiences, and pivoting through a number of careers, Heather draws upon her personal experiences to provide guidance through coaching and consulting.

Her mission is to use her entrepreneurial and leadership skills to guide women through the transition from an unfulfilling professional career to embracing their full potential as entrepreneurs and thought leaders. 

From one-on-one coaching to group training, Heather works with emerging and established women to recognize their true power as they embrace their authentic selves.
